drovee is made by one person, not a support department. I usually reply within a few days — and I read everything, including things I have no immediate answer to.

What to write about

  • Something is broken. A drive wasn't recorded, the distance came out strange, the app crashed.
  • Something in the app sounds wrong. A sentence that grades you, lectures you or pushes you to drive more. That shouldn't exist in drovee, and it's as much a bug as a crash.
  • The app addresses you in the wrong form. drovee is built to get this right in Czech; where it doesn't, I want to know.
  • An idea for what the app could do. Or what it shouldn't.
  • A question about privacy and data. The details are in the Privacy Policy; if something is missing or contradicts itself, tell me.
  • Exercising your GDPR rights. Same address; I reply within a month.
  • Press, partnerships, driving schools. Here too.

When something is broken

The more specific the message, the sooner it's fixed. Ideally include:

  1. The app version — at the bottom of your Profile.
  2. Your iPhone model and iOS version — Settings → General → About.
  3. What happened and what you expected. A single sentence is fine.
  4. When it happened — the rough date and time of the drive is enough.
  5. Whether you can reproduce it, and if so, how.
  6. A screenshot, if there's something to show.

Please don't send a screenshot of your route map unless I ask for it — it reveals where you drive, and it's rarely needed to fix a bug. If I genuinely need one, I'll ask and tell you why. The same goes for anything personal: send only what the fix requires.

By emailing, you pass me your address and whatever you write. I use it solely to reply and to fix the problem; the details are in the Privacy Policy, section 9.
